We have completed numerous composite decks in the past, including new and restored projects.  We specialize in updates such as joist tape and pressure treated lumber that preserve the life of your investment.  Composite decking is virtually maintenance free and will last for many decades.  

When desired we can also use cheaper materials such as pressure treated lumber.  In cases like this we always recommend at least 2 coats of deck stain specially formulated for Northern climates. 

Following City of Calgary building codes, we always recommend concrete pilings to a depth of 4' to ensure that there are no frost heaves in your deck.  Concrete piles are slightly elevated above ground level to ensure that the lumber doesn't rot from contact with the soil.  This is essential to protect your investment.
